I have not posted in the last 6 Filings in this fight. As always, attorneys tend to present the seriousness of what was a fraud on the court in more benign terms. It’s frustrating that the attorney won’t simply call it what it was — a complete fraud on the Court, which should be a crime when committed by top prosecutors in positions of power and influence. Why is fraud legal for a prosecutor? Because that is what happened in this case. Not a single piece of evidence on gains, losses, or sales was remotely representative of reality. There should be consequences, and prosecutors should face criminal charges when they knowingly manipulate key evidence.

I am submitting the appeal and reply I wrote for my attorneys to file on my behalf, and then I will post their filings, which covered the fictitious losses but ignored key points I wanted them to raise- such as the false evidence related to the government and all of their key witnesses representing the data as i2G data when it wasn’t. Roughly 20% of the data was from a separate company, with over 4000 distributors joining, and most of it related to XTG1, which launched AFTER I2G closed. This made every testimony representing it as I2G data false.

There are so many inconsistencies that none of the attorneys recognized or understood at trial. Should defendants be wrongly convicted if the attorneys don’t know or understand the data and therefore can not present an appropriate defense? That happened in this case. There were top attorneys representing the defendants and an inexperienced, incompetent attorney representing me, but neither of them even knew the sales data. None of them knew the losses were fictitious, invented by treating commission-funded purchases as losses without accounting for them as gains. There were only 17 million in total i2G sales, with 11 million paid out to distributors. The maximum losses, based solely on those numbers, were 6 million dollars. If you restore the 28 million that they filtered out of commission gains, the loss total falls to 2.5 million, a far cry from the 31 million represented to the jury. This was a fraud on the Court. In my filings and the attorney filings, it is clear to any honest individual that the trial resulted in a complete breakdown of the judicial system and a travesty of justice.
