During the I2G trial, it was striking to hear from the Government’s witnesses, Keep and McClelland, who had never used the G1E Touch product but claimed no interest or usage. Distributors Glen Logan and Catrina Dugger came forward to vouch for the quality and usability of the i2g G1E products, but they were ignored. Along with their confirmations that they had earned commissions from product usage.

Instead, the government attempted to undermine their credibility by presenting false data from 101i to point out that they had made little money despite their enthusiasm for i2G and its products. The distributors expressed confusion over the commission numbers, which did not align with their recollections. This discrepancy arose because all gains and losses in the I2G Infinity Two Global data from 101i were invalid. (See False Evidence and Prosecutorial Misconduct)

Hosseinipour and Susan Anzalone conducted numerous training sessions on i2g and G1E products. In this video training session about the G1E Touch, Susan noted that thousands of people had already signed up and were actively using the G1E Touch. A sizeable number of people participated in the training. Richard Anzalone testified that the G1E was an excellent product and that he had spent over 100 hours on the platform.
