Despite the government’s claims to the contrary, the massive sabotage campaign orchestrated by Chuck King was directly responsible for the downfall of Infinity Two Global. This campaign resulted in the recruitment of FBI Agent McClelland and targeted four top distributors, including myself, for potential criminal indictment.

King’s campaign involved sending daily emails and videos that defamed both the company and its top distributors. As a result, a $10 million defamation lawsuit was filed against him. The government intervened in the court proceedings to prevent Chuck King from signing a settlement that he had previously agreed to. Additionally, King created a website that provided instructions on how to download 30-page form letters filled with false information, which distributors were encouraged to send to the FBI and the state attorney general.

In January 2015, Agent McClelland discovered a $3 million plot of land in Kansas owned by Rick Maike, which led to the filing of a lis pendens to seize Maike’s land through civil forfeiture. After two and a half years, during which Maike refused to give up his land, the government intensified its efforts to obtain it by filing a criminal indictment just before the statute of limitations was set to expire. Without the discovery of the Kansas land, this case likely would have never occurred.
