The role of prosecutors in the Department of Justice (DOJ) is to uphold justice. However, in recent years, we have witnessed a weaponized DOJ targeting Trump. What chance do ordinary people like Hosseinipour have when their rights are trampled on?

In the Infinity Two Global (I2G) case, the rights of the defendants were significantly violated due to the government’s manipulation of exculpatory evidence. The prosecutors filtered out $28 million in commission payments to the alleged victims and falsely claimed that the exculpatory data had “problems” and was “unreliable,” according to the data provider. Moreover, they exaggerated losses by as much as $32 million and presented 27 months of data from a separate company after I2G had closed. By knowingly presenting false data in their reports, they effectively suborned perjury from four key witnesses and twelve distributor witnesses.

Who will expose the truth if no one is willing to stand up for it? When do government prosecutors become responsible for actions that would be considered criminal if committed by anyone else??
