BBooth’s promotion of its proprietary “B-Notify” technology mirrors the promotional efforts of thousands of I2G distributors who envisioned similar opportunities for consumer engagement through the walk-out and push-notification capabilities of the I2G Touch. The demo video for B-Notify features the same promotions involving Chris Brown that were used to market the I2G Touch/Qubeey platform.

There is no doubt that the I2G Touch was a highly sought-after technology, significantly ahead of its time. It is unfortunate that prosecutors, who had never seen or used the technology, employed Keep as a spokesperson to falsely convey that the I2G Touch had no value.
