Despite the fact that the government had data showing 38 million dollars in i2G distributor earnings, which was supported by Government data such as this Top Earners list and i2G’s1099 data, the government knowingly presented a false narrative that I2G was a pyramid scheme with a 97% loss rate.

Distributors appearing on the Top Earners were simultaneously listed as victims who made no earnings and were entitled to restitution.

Some of the top i2G earners on the government’s Top Earner’s List were simultaneously placed on its “victims list” for restitution. Distributors who earned significant commissions, such as Queyenne Pepito, Michelle Kim, and Shin Ja Jeong, who did not testify, were simply labeled as “victims” on a list given to the jury. Their purchases were labeled as “securities.” The instruction described these nameless faceless “top earners” as securities victims, and the Defense was denied any confrontation rights to refute these egregious misrepresentations.

Some of the top i2G earners on the Government’s Top Earner list who also appear on its restitution list as “victims” include: Beetna Lee, Shin Ja Jeong, Eb Inc., Diane Lee, Elizabeth Dong Lee, Pineda Petronillo, Jesus Garcia, and Chrisogono Bayani.

Multiple records affirmed that the “restitution victims” had significant earnings, including Government 7240 and 1099, which are listed as Government #122698. The i2G 2014 1099 lists over 1000 distributors with earnings over $600.

Many distributors used significant commissions to purchase their own “emperor packages,” which were not discounted from their purchase price. This led to dramatic inflation of losses while concealing their earnings.
