After serving eight months at the FCI Marianna Women’s Camp, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered Hosseinipour’s release while her appeal is being resolved. Attached are the Motion for Review of the District Court’s order denying release pending the appeal, the Sixth Circuit’s opinion, and the District Court’s order for immediate release.
